Kurt Kaiser, Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Kurt Kaiser was one of TechniData's co-founders and served as the company's general manager between 1985 and 1992. After that, Mr. Kaiser was in charge of sales in the EH&S core business sector. He has served as chairman of the supervisory board since TechniData became an incorporation in October 2000.

Heinz Hochmuth, Member of the Supervisory Board

Heinz Hochmuth, a mechanical engineer, is one of TechniData's founders. From 1992 until TechniData's transformation to an incorporation in 2000, Mr. Hochmuth served as general manager. After that, he became executive of the Finance & Controlling division. Since July 2003, he has served as a member of the supervisory board.

Hans E. Damisch, Member of the Supervisory Board

After having held leading positions in the banking business, Hans E. Damisch was a director in the private equity business for 17 years. Today he acts as an advisor of several medium-sized companies. He is a member of different supervisory and advisory boards. Since September 2003, Mr. Damisch has served as a member of TechniData's supervisory board.
