EH103 EHS Management Essentials and Functions (EEF)


Goal:
It is recommended that an applicable second level course is taken in conjunction with this level 1 course.
During this course, you will learn about specific terms and functionalities used with the specification database. You will gain a basic knowledge of the functionality that is used across components like phrase management and reporting. These functions and objects are further explained in the level 2 courses using the component specific process.

Content:
  • Overview of SAP EHS Management
  • The central specification database and explanations of terms used
  • The specification workbench including navigation and data entry
  • Support for data maintenance and increased efficiency via copying, referencing and inheritance of specification data
  • Tools to edit mass data and to determine secondary data
  • Special data in “Current Settings”
  • Indicated data research via queries and hit lists
  • Enhanced options for search and output
  • Phrase management – a precondition for using specification database
  • Prerequisites for SAP EHS Management reporting, use of report templates and report generation variants
  • Several activities in the Report Management
  • Reports in the Report Information System


Target group:
Participants who want to familiarize themselves with the basic functionalities of SAP EHS Management.

Prerequisite for level 2 and level 3 courses.
